Every study.
Remembered in full.

Jonas works like a clinical research coordinator inside your team: noticing, messaging, and preserving the context behind every decision.

Join the pilot

An AI coordinator, already in the room

Jonas joins the conversations your research team already has instead of asking everyone to learn a new product.

It notices missing context and messages the right teammate one narrow question while the answer is fresh.

Every reply becomes shared study memory, linked to the relevant evidence, participant, and dataset change.

Patient 047 was removed from the analysis sheet, but I can’t find an exclusion reason. Maya, do you remember what happened?

No documented six-month follow-up. We checked the chart and outside records.

Got it. I linked that reasoning to Patient 047, dataset v18, and the chart search. The analyzable cohort is now 76.

The full memory, not just the final dataset

Your team keeps working where it already works. Jonas preserves the context those tools leave behind.

A teammate, not a prompt box

Jonas reaches out in plain language when it needs context. Your team replies like they would to a coordinator.

Ready to share

Starts with collaboration tools and files your team already uses

Start with user-authorized accounts and files your team can already share—without waiting on EHR access or enterprise deployment.

01

Talk with the team

Interact with Jonas through the messaging channels your team already checks.

Slack
Gmail
Apple Messages for Business (iMessage)
WhatsApp Business
02

Read shared files

Start with files and folders a user selects or authorizes, subject to workspace policy.

Google Drive
Box
Dropbox
03

Follow analysis files

Work from files teams can already export, share, and review.

Google Sheets
Excel files
CSV files

Initial scope: direct file handling plus user-authorized OAuth where the workspace permits it. Slack may still require a workspace app install, and managed Google or Box accounts can restrict third-party access. Apple and WhatsApp channels require supported provider APIs, business account setup, and workspace permissions.

Is Jonas another electronic lab notebook?

No. Jonas sits above the tools you already use: spreadsheets, drives, documents, notebooks, records. Your team keeps working where they work today. Jonas captures the reasoning those tools were never designed to hold.

How do we talk to Jonas?

The planned experience is messaging-first: text, Slack, or email, the same way you would contact a coordinator. There is no separate dashboard to monitor. Jonas reaches out when something needs attention, and your team replies in plain language.

What about patient privacy and compliance?

Pilot studies run on de-identified or institution approved records only. A researcher approves every extracted value, and every entry keeps a complete audit trail of what changed, who approved it, and the evidence behind it.

Does Jonas make research decisions?

No. Your team makes every judgment call. Jonas makes sure the decision, the reasoning, and the supporting evidence are captured before they can be lost.

What does the pilot involve?

One retrospective study, run with our team alongside yours. Jonas tracks the work, resolves missing information, and documents decisions. You keep the clean dataset, the decision log, and the handoff report.

What does it cost?

Pilot teams use Jonas at no cost while we build the product around their studies. Paid plans come later, and pilot teams get them first.

Bring one study. Keep its whole story.

Pilot Jonas on one retrospective study. Your team keeps the clean dataset, decision log, and handoff report.
